Dental insurance can be confusing and difficult to navigate. Our team is here to help answer your questions and assist you by submitting your claim on your behalf as a curtesy to you. Our doctors provide the highest quality of endodontic care at reasonable fees to our patients. We strive for all our patients to be able able to get necessary care - please refer to our "Additional Payment Options" tab for more information. Payment is due at the time treatment and/or consultation is rendered.

We work with variety of insurance policies to assist you in your dental needs. Please contact us to verify if we work with your policy and to inquire about all payment options we offer in our office. Our team strives to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. However, your policy is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. We will do our best to submit your claim as a courtesy to you. Please note that all benefits quoted prior to your appointment are not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company, and any remaining balance after your insurance paid it’s portion is your responsibility. You are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We will send you a statement or refund once the insurance has paid if there is any difference.

If you will be paying out-of-pocket for your services, or in advance of insurance reimbursement, we accept all major credit cards, except Discover. Payment is due at the time the treatment is rendered.

We aim to provide options for everyone to comfortably afford the necessary treatment. We offer alternative third-party financing options, such as CareCredit and Sunbit. These companies provide a line of credit to help finance most or all of the cost of treatment. A short and easy in-office application can confirm if you qualify.
